Create dome shape from flat part to match an existing shape

i need to make the flat part (16mm) dome shaped to match the (S9 ASC Middle), as in the flat part needs to have a dome shape exactly the same, I am struggling with this and decided to see if anyone can help me! sorry i'm not good at explaining but any questions please ask
