Create Web Based App for Customizing Headphones

I am able to consider two different freelancers for this - one for 3D rendering and one for web app development if necessary. Please state in your bid which you are capable of delivering, if not both. Please state my budget range above is for both jobs. This project is to create a web based app to allow customers to customize the colors and branding of a headphone. Access to the app will be made available through desktop pc's, macbooks, iphones, android, blackberry and other mobile phones and tablets. The app must be ready to be added to a responsive website allowing customers to save their customized specification and return to make changes and or add it to cart and check out at a later date. The app will allow customers to select a model then change the color of various sections of the headphone and add their logo and model number based on saved predetermined guidelines ie: available color chart, material selection and print area restrictions. Although the app will allow user to select from predetermined available models to customize, for this project only one headphone model (images attached) will be functional. The app will allow customers to select from various options of cable styles and colors. The app will allow customers to select from available headphone cup sizes. The app will allow customers to select from available driver/transducers. The app must allow admin to adjust and select a main product image and allow customers to view headphone in 360 degrees. The app will NOT allow customers to change/modify the shape of the headphone. Headphone design and app must be fine tuned after winner is awarded to insure that it is perfectly complete as it will be difficult to provide some details here at this time. The winner of this contest will have the option to take on the project of adding additional models at an agreed additional price. The high res images attached have larger headphone cups than they should be. Please refer to the low res images for exact size proportions. The completed project must NOT be used in freelancers portfolio.
