The work product will be a 3D model and associated 2D IDW/DWG linked drawing utilizing parametric modeling as well as 2D geometric dimensioning and tolerances. AutoDesk Inventor parts to be submitted in the non-derived native .iam and/or .ipt format. The 2D drawing will use the attached template. Please note the following: Paper size is 24 x 36 inches (Size D) The layers defined in the template should be used I will supply the drawings for the individual components that need to be put into assembly drawings. The assemblies, weld symbols, some nuts and bolts, will all need to be added by you. The deliverables would be the same as the rest of my projects - both 2D and 3D drawings (3D only where it makes sense). Machining tolerances to be shown as: x.x +/- 0.01 [login to view URL] +/- 0.005 [login to view URL] +/- 0.001 angular +/- 0.5° concentricity +/- 0.005 perpendicularity +/- 0.005 chamfer ext. corners 0.01 x 45° radius int. corners 0.01 surface finish 32 RMS Dimensions will be provided upon project award.
