Do some 3D Modelling

Hi all, I need to make adjustments to my 3D model. Ovar all target is to make a nice model for 3D printing. There has to be deleted hinges as made in previous model 3. There has to be made holes for real hinges insertion (exact measurements will be provided) 4. Whole model has to be made thicker 5. There has to be made better nose pads (resource: [login to view URL]:&ved=0CAUQjRw&url=https%3A%2F%[login to view URL]%2Fa-few-words-about-nose-pads-for-plastic-frames-p-7604.html&ei=ZxWzU9LIAvD14QSJ5YCoBw&bvm=bv.70138588,d.bGE&psig=AFQjCNHC7KqVAJb1BDK-Bl9JVTRtXHs2tw&ust=1404331728091001) 6. If possible - after model finalizing, with minor changes, tree should be created more models (like changing temple just a little bit or something like that, nothing major) STL files are attached. All in all this should be very fast work (few hours tops if you know what you're doing). Please write all questions.
