Hi We are developers in the Cayman Islands and we are looking to have a detailed 2D render completed for one of our forthcoming project. The site is a 32 Acre plot - with a total of 98 apartments. The render needs to be clean, detailed and of the highest quality. For tyne right applicant - we have potential addition work from our land bank of over 500 acres in the islands. Additionally - we would like to have 3 other 3D perspectives - or view points completed from key areas on the site. The project contains a 5 acre swimming pool - the the applicant needs to be able to render water effectively. Enclosed is a hand drawn render of one of the apartment/condo buildings. Additional images will; be sent over to the right applicant for review. We are looking for a fixed price for the work and the applicant must be able to show proven examples of completed work
