CAD drawings for building elevations(repost)

I require drawings of building elevations for an industrial developement. Ground plans and rough elevations are attached The following needs to be changed in elevation drawings 1 The drawings need to be scaled to match ground plans by Engineer Title Block and Construction material details to be added to Plans (to give Council some idea of the "texture and materials" etc). 2. Add some more trees and landscaping elements to correspond with the details shown on engineer ground Plans (i.e: "soften" the facades).
