Architectural Photorealistic 3D Rendering
$2-50 CAD / hour
This is a long term project that will be broken into many milestones. Each milestone will be fixed price, based on our agreement of the deliverables and your estimate of the cost and time.
The job requires that you build a 3D model of a real estate development based on instructions, images, and descriptions. The property size is approximately 28 acres (112,000 square meters or 1,200,000 square feet), and the structures will provide approximately 10,000,000 square feet of commercial and residential space. From this model you will create multiple renders, from different directions, in different lighting, both interior and exterior. An interactive web accessible walkthrough/flythrough of various parts may also be required after the model has been completed.
In the end, we will require all renders and the model's source files.
TO BE CONSIDERED, you will need to provide:
a) THREE of your best samples showing photorealistic architectural exterior 3D renderings.
b) THREE of your best samples showing photorealistic architectural interior 3D renderings.
c) ONE example of a walkthrough/flythrough of one of your renders, if available.
The provider with the best quality will be awarded this project. We are looking for renders that are difficult to differentiate from photographs. If you are considered, you may be asked to provide the source file as proof that you were the author of any of your samples.
