I have Autodesk REVIT certification and am currently a Member of the Green Building Council of Australia. I have also recently completed the Autodesk Building Performance Analysis Certification Program. I would use REVIT primarily to design and document your design with the ability to provide you with high quality renderings to assist in your visualisation. For this bid amount I would provide you with a complete conceptual design which would include floor plans, elevations and 5 renderings of whatever you required. Here we want to give the full working procedure, if we are going to do the job, we will: 1. SCHEMATIC DESIGN STAGE- this stage is the gathering of all info to create a design concept. A preliminary design concept will be submitted in a couple of days for comments and exchange of ideas. Drawings are; Plan Rough 3D image (sketchy type) After the comments from the design, this will be finalized for final approval. 2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT STAGE - after the schematic has been approved, these drawings will be transformed too much detailed drawings. 3.
