Home Builder looking to hire an AutoCAD Designer (US Standard measurements)

My primary focus in new construction is construction of new homes. Most are 1000-3000 square feet in size, with 2 or 3 car garages. Single or two story homes (three story if a basement level is needed). Some projects may include a duplex or fourplex. We are continuing to branch into large development, so may need a twelve or twenty plex soon. We are a small company, however are continually growing. Hoping to establish a long-term working relationship for AutoCAD, blueprints, and related plan design needs! Seeking to work with someone who can fulfill the following: *Modify an existing plan with a ready AutoCAD file, or create an AutoCAD plan from a blueprint with only dimensions (and modify from there). *Our contractors work with measurements in feet and inches, so plans must likewise be in US Standard measurements. *Must be able to recognize what changes to a plan may create design issues. *On a two story house, you must be able to design with proper rooms for stairs. *Ability to be creative. For example, if a two story house has a laundry on the first floor, whereas our client wants it on the second floor, you must be able to think of where to place it on the second floor, and how to change the first floor to fill the void. Not necessary, but I would also prefer to work with someone who: *Can imagine and create exterior elevations, and multiple elevations, to a house. This way, I can show clients multiple options of how a house can look. *Is able to create a floor joist layout (joist spacing will be provided). *Is able to provide foundation plan, along with foundation diagonal measurements We very often change existing plans, so I would like to work with someone who is quick in making alterations to an existing plan. Also, we sometimes get clients who have in-complete plans and need it finalized in blueprint form, so some creativity is very beneficial. Thank you for your time!
