Hello there, i am user of i clone, i learned alot about i clone these days, creating avatar file with i clone is very big issue according to i exchange 3d software came up with i clone, issue is i clone only support manual rig in maya or max, with number of bones specified and proper weight paint on every bone, i recommend you to not go with these character for i clone they are not going in iclone as a AVATAR you will be facing too many issues in i clone link animation preset is not working on this, my recommendation is to buy content from i clone market place to save you time and energy to complete project. m here for your support regarding i clone if you need any help.
