I need Computer based package to train a person on how to drive a forklift in a warehouse ( Forklift Simulation based on unreal engine ).

There is a requirement to develop a Computer Based Package (CBT) to train a person on how to drive a Forklift in a Warehouse or in a Shopping mall for picking up and placing cargo/items. The following capabilities are to be featured in the CBT :-
1. Learning to drive the Forklift properly.
2. The driver should learn to Check the parameters (Pre-start check ) before starting the driving operation.
(a) Lamp checks.
(b) Position of various switches .
(c) Battery density.
(d) Position of and levers.
(e) etc .
3. The driver should learn to take adequate Precautions to be taken while driving :-
(a) Speed control.
(b) Turning radius.
(c) Reversing.
(d) Clearance to be maintained whilst the Forklift is in motion.
(e) etc .
4. The driver should learn to carryout Main Operations :-
(a) Lifting the item (from the center and not from the sides, thus maintaining the proper balance).
(b) Carrying the item in normal plane (Floor).
(c) Carrying the item in upslope and down slope including turns.
(d) Placing the Item on the floor or in the shelves.
(e) etc .
5. The Track for the forklift has to be 2 Km in forward direction and 100 meters in reverse direction
containing the following :-
(a) 4 (forward & reverse) Left turns of varied turning radius.
(b) 4 (forward & reverse) Right turns of varied turning radius.
(c) Picking up a cargo from the ground , carry it and placing it in the shelve and vice-versa.
6. Parking the Forklift properly (when it is not in operation).
7. Switching off the Fork lift after the operations are over for the Day.
8. The CBT should have a Screen which will show the graphics of the environment through which the driver
will be driving through. Environment : Warehouse, Shopping malls etc
9. The Controls should be a controller (look alike of actual forklift as shown in the attachment …. Gear, levers,
switches, gauges, brakes etc) which are to be placed around the chair on which the driver will sit and get trained.
10. Trouble Shooting. The driver should be able to undertake basic troubleshooting in case some defect
occurs.
