I need a 2D floor plan and 3D design for a 3 story apartment building that contains 30 single unit apartments.
28 units will be one bedroom apartments.
An enclosed building is preferred (entrances to apartments inside)
1 unit will be an office. (toward front of building on ground floor)
1 unit will be a small convenience store (toward front of building on ground floor)
Each unit should have: bedroom, living room, bath/toilet, kitchenette, balcony.
I will also need an area on the ground floor toward the back of the building to accommodate approximately 10 washing machines and 10 dryers.
I would like to work in phases. Over about a 2 to 3 month period.
Phases:
1. Single apartment 2D & 3D Mockup
2. Interior Visualizations of apartment with materials and furniture
3. Office 2D plan & 3D mockup
4. Convenience Store 2D plan & 3D mockup
5. Laundry area 2D plan & 3D mockup
6. Floor 1 2D plan
7. Floor 1 3D plan
8. Floor 2 & 3 2D plan
9. Floor 2 & 3 3D plan
10. Section Plan
11. Elevations
12. 3D Exterior Building Mockup
13. Land plan with landscape
