Do some 3D Modelling -- 2

I would like someone to reproduce this logo (very accurately) shield and text in a model in cinema 4d. I have a draft c4d model of the shield but it has some problems that need to be corrected and because of the problems in the model it might be easier for someone to start from scratch I would like the finished model in a cinema 4d file so that i can change materials from time to time I would like the freelancer to be able to communicate by phone and screen sharing so we can communicate more easily to get a quality finished product.
