is it going to be stylized, and do i need to rig it?

I have experience creating similar hawk in Movies and tv commercial. I know how much work is involved in creating the hawk, especially the feather part. Knowing how many shots and how much detail needed is important. I would bid for 1 medium shot, a few wide shots and hopefully no close up shots. we can definitely talk about how close up is the hawk in your film.
