Looking for someone to make 36 small low poly models with UVs

I have some NPCs for a game that are almost finished but they are missing little pieces that will make them completed. I looking for someone to model, bits of jewelry, shoes, hats and any missing pieces the NPC may have.
Most of the models will need UVs except for maybe jewelry that are very tiny. I have included in the attachment a link to a file that has the pictures of the NPCs and what needs to be modeled if you want to take a look at it. Please say big tuna in your proposal so I know you actually read this so I can weed out those who cannot follow instructions. Please no lumpy models, or sloppy UVs with multiple seams, I need someone who can unwrap a UV as flat as possible with as little seams as possible. My budget is also small, so more competitive prices will get looked at first.
The final files will be a completed rendering of the character with their added models, and then any new models made saved out separately.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of unwrapping UVs with not many seams
- Modeling (of course)
- Frequent Communication via Skype or Discord
- Good observation of what items are supposed to look like, no shortcuts
- How to model in low poly (please no high poly models it will hurt the game performance)
- Sign an NDA saying you will not re-sell, share or distribute any models we send.
