Creating a human 3D model with 30 different animations for a 3D fighting game

I would like to hire a 3D artist who can handle the creation and animation of a male human model in 3d for a Street Fighter-like game. Regarding the model, it will be handled by a procedural method to populate clothes and accessories on it, so only a "base" of the character, in light clothes and underwear and short hair, is asked. Polycount must not exceed 100 000 triangles. The model must be textured in high definition. A UV texture of 2048 pixels is a minimum. The most important part is the animation. The character will be included in a fighting video game, just like other AAA games like Street Fighter, Tekken or King of Fighters. The game engine used is Unity3d. Also, to prove you have read this description, you will have to tell us your favorite fighting game. The animations to create are : BASIC - Idle - Idle 2 - Walk - Run - Jump - Block/Defense - Take damage - Take damage 2 BASIC FIGHTING - Left hand punch - Right hand punch - Left foot kick - Right foot kick SPECIAL ABILITIES - Throw a fireball from hands - Generate force field - Hit the floor with the two fists - Mid air kick - Spinning right foot kick - Uppercut - Right hook - Left hook - Knee strike - Right elbow strike - Left elbow strike - Spit fire from the mouth - Headbutt FIGHTING WITH OBJECTS - Use pistol - Slash with sword - Block with sword - Hit with shield - Block with shield I would like to work with someone who can show me the animations before the job is finished. The model and its animations must be useable in Unity. All .3ds or .blend and textures files must be provided.
