Animator needed for YouTube channel -- 2

I run a popular top 5 channel on YouTube. We do 7 videos a week and focus on making fun and informative documentaries in a variety of subjects - such as "Top 15 Greatest Escapes of WW2". I'd like an animator to animate certain sequences in our videos. We need around 30 seconds of 2d animation per YouTube video. Animation should be of similar quality to this: [login to view URL] start at 1:14. Let me know what you would charge per 15 second animation sequence. Also let me know around how much time you anticipate it taking you to animate 30 seconds of a script in similar quality to the above video. Budget is around $120 per 15 second animation sequence. If the first one goes well, we'll have 3-4 animations for you to make per week ongoing. We're looking for relatively basic animations, low frame rate, repetitive backgrounds. Really trying to cut down on time and costs. 2D vector based animation is ideal. at first it will take more time, but after you get the hang of it, you'll be alble to make these 15 second animation sequences much faster. Our other animators started at 8 hours per animation, but can now get them at in 5 hours
