3D Animation - Need Illustration of Political Cartoon & 1 minute long Animation

I need a political cartoon character illustrated along with animated for a short 60 second political satire animation.

Here is the main character:

I need a political satire animation made, to make her look bad. BUT I also need the character illustrated as well.

This needs to be 45-60 seconds.

My ideas:

++ “Help the Mayor fill the 100 empty slots in Savannah’s police force” … map of the city – a candidate pops up in one corner – click on that person – zzzzz’s come out of Mayors mouth … reads “try to wake her up!” … click again … she wakes up and heads in the wrong direction … reads “try to send her in the correct direction” … click on her again … she tries to board a plane to china or something … etc

++Or she is sitting in a chair asleep, with a spotlight in the background. The spotlight goes over police officers to light them up as they are saying quotes. She will be snoring the whole time.
