Design the rendering model for the Forward Mooring deck of a Superyacht

Hi there, I need to find someone who can design a 3d model of our forward mooring deck. This deck is a crew area that will consist of mooring stations for anchor work, housing for jetskis and a bosun's store where the crew will be working. Preferably, I want the design to be done in Sketchup, but any other programs are acceptable, provided you can fulfil the requirements. Attached will be: - 1 blueprint copy of the layout contact for... - Multiple photographs, some with dimension integration - A video showing the entire space (Too big to attached, please request for dropbox information if you are interested). Please provide a full description as to what program(s) you will be using for the design, what your budget is, how long you will be able to complete the project and attach any previous work designs that you have created for viewing.
