For our mid COCOSTE Paradise Resort project in Sri Lanka, we are looking for "THE" designer and / or programmer, which much more us an architectural plan / design created by our 4550m2 large plot with main house, outdoor wall, 3 Lodges / 2 ECO Cottages, Community House. Order form ArchiCAD & 3D visualisation of COCOSTE Paradise Hereby I’m sending you the order form according to our discussion. The project is divided into 3 parts. Part 1 Create architectural plans of COCOSTE main house as well as individual plans with all the details of lodges one & two and of the two ECO lodges one & three in Archicad or any other program. We need these plans or models in separate files on disk/USB stick and via e-mail. The postal cost for the delivery of the disk/USB stick is on us. 1.) Main House 120m2 2.) ECO Lodges two room 40m2 3.) ECO Lodges three room 60m2 4.) COCOSTE Lodges one 30m2 2x – 1 copy 5.) COCOSTE Lodges two 40m2 Please note: We have a floor plan of the main house. This one can be adopted, but we are open to your own creative ideas and designs. The stem of the facility and objects must / should maintain Asian / Sri Lanka style. Part 2 Create a floor plan of the entire complex. Location of the main house, lodges & ECO lodges, Jungle house, road, driveway, foundation wall, vegetation such as palms, trees, etc. You can leverage the pictures to get the details. The location of the lodges can be chosen freely. Use your creativity and style infinitely. They should not be standing too close to each other. The ECO lodges can also be freely positioned. You also get a free hand to design the environment. The main house should be placed on its existing location. The Jungle house should stand in the vicinity of the main house. The floor plan should also include the foundation walls according to the sample images. Part 3 Create a 3D animation with Lumion6 package of the entire project by combining the sample shots, which can be uploaded to YouTube. We’d like to have a detailed 3D animation without people on it. Aerials with transitions into the respective lodges, main house, ECO lodges, environment, detailed photographs of the interiors and much more. There should also be a day-night-day transition in the animation. You can refer to the respective sample images for the interior design. Use your creativity here as well freely. Please beware of keeping a good mix of quality, modernity and Asian - Sri Lanka style. We’ll visualise important details for you separately for the project based on sample images and description. If you accept the project, we will transfer 50% as deposit and the rest upon completion of the project, provided that we complete the project through a non-secured trading partner.
