Create an Animation for product specs

I work for a start-up company with a new product for the market. We have a 3D model of the final product and 360 degree view video of the product spinning. What we want to have is a presentation video for the device and its features. The animation will incorporate animated text, the model of the product spinning, marks pointing at specific locations on the product whilst explaining a feature (for example a designed pointer points at the camera model and an animated text says 1080p HD video). Video should be short (30-60 seconds) and there should be some form of commercial cheerful music in the background. Of course all will be for commercial use, so all stock video or templates should be royalty free or bought with license). I will supply all the materials, ideas and references after we begin work.
