I need a 30-45 second cartoon promo utilizing my characters, storyline and idea for this project. I opted out of designing a website. I'm looking for a vimeo or YouTube content. And to save money, I'm looking for one voice to narrate the actions of the content in the promo. Here's an example: (Welcome to Cartoonland here we see giggles fighting off his arch enemy...bandit! Watch out giggles!) I would need a generic speedboat sound of it starting up and driving away fast. As well as a unique alert sound! If I choose an animator, it will all make sense once I give you all of the details.
