Interested in designing a residential home with a specific basic floor plan and roof line and floor plan design in mind. Please see attached basic rough sketch. The rough sketch shows 4 segmental designs joined together as shown. The main house features a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath to the right. The segment of the building to the left features a 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath Inlaw like section with a semi cabana on the ground floor. The middle section is a 3 car garage with the middle garage opening into a back section. The back section will be a mini courtyard like Auto showroom for Three Exotic car storage with an small indoor pool to the side. The roof lines as shown are normal standard hip roofs with the rear garage section roof being a plexiglass design sun roof like section. The rear door opening up to a deck to the right and a pergola terrace to the middle. Please assume large frontal landscape with circular paved driveway with centered rotary. Please also assume a large back yard area with a super generous rear deck and pergola area. More details to be given as required. Drawings should include Floor plans, Elevations, Arial view and two 3D views.
