Adding lights ray to company sting

Please see our current sting: [login to view URL] We would like the triangles that are currently solid, to be glass. 3D lights off the virtual camera scatter multi-directional rays of light, moving and flashing with reflections and glints and sparkles. This all need to be done in a 3D program not in compositing as we want it to be realistic. When the triangles form our logo they need to bond together. This needs to be done to a high standard.
