I'm a professional Architectural Visualiser based in Sydney, Australia, and I believe I will be the most experienced and competent applicant for your project. Though relatively new to Freelancer, I have worked on a number of projects such as yours, and have a Master's Degree in Architecture - which means for you that I will visualise your project accurately with a genuine architectural understanding of it. While you might note that I have placed a relatively low bid, this is not a reflection of my ability but experience, as I believe I can do this quick enough to still make it worth my while at such a price - all the while providing you with images far better in quality than those you have used for examples. Also, to add, this will be one of my first projects on Freelance, the price reflects this as I require initial exposure on the site, so in this you are getting a bargain and this is something you should be taking advantage of. The time this will will take depends on how thorough and accurate your current plans are - i.e whether they are at the sketch stage or accurately documented.
