I need a single story 1,934 sq. ft. house with 12 rooms. I have the CAD plan, Magic Plan drawings, and site photos. I need the existing structure built in Chief Architect. 2D floorplans (.dxf/.pdf) are attached along with a .pptx slide offering elevation data. Interior dimensions for each room were individually measured using MagicPlan app for iPhone. The rooms were then pieced together and will likely need to be adjusted for the walls to align correctly. Interior wall width is 4.5" and exterior wall is Stucco-4. Ceiling height is indicated in MagicPlan PDF. Both exterior dimensions and roof planes are approximate. Windows are measured from slab to base/top. I will follow up with pictures. Please let me know if you need any additional information. It should not take longer than 5 hours and must be done by Friday 14 February, 2014.
