These are my usual quotations for this kind of work: Rooms with area smaller than 20sqm (bathrooms, small hallways, dressing room, etc) - 100$ Rooms with area between 20 and 40 sqm (bedrooms, kitchen,dining) - 150$ Rooms with area larger than 40 sqm (living, large hall, staircase) - 200$ For each individual room I provide the following: 1. detailed floor plan (scale 1:50); 2. ceiling plan (scale 1:50); 3. views for each individual wall (more than 4 in some cases, scale 1:50); 4. one photorealistic render.
