I have established an e-business which is a marketplace (similar to eBay). Vendors are selling products through my website. I will begin an advertised campaign which will try to attract and educate my vendors. I am thinking the option of an animation, if it is not costly. My vendors will be educated about their potentials, as well as to understand the tasks they will need to perform in order to register with my marketplace (website). The duration of the animation should be around 45 seconds. As my budget is limited, there is a chance that I will not award this project to anybody. I want to be clear from the beginning.
