Create an Animation small clip

We need an animation video for an event company. In our opinion, it should be on a boulevard of a big city, boulevard full of skyscrapers. A guy is walking down that boulevard and he reaches in front of the biggest building, on which is written our logo (attached). In that moment, he has a cloud message over his head where is written the word "Idee". He's looking up to the building and sees on windows written the words "Echipa", "Creativitate", "Strategie", "Planificare", " Implementare" and "Succes". Attached you also have the scratch of our vision of the windows with the words. P.S.: We want the other buildings in the picture to be blurred. On the top of the building it stays highlighted our logo. The message transmitted should be inspirational that we are the company they are looking for. The goal for the video is that after people see the video they understand we are a professional team opened to any requests and they really need to contact us. We target companies, managers - these is our audience We have an inspirational story line so if you have other suggestions or your own way to show what we want we are open to listen and create the writing script and after the story-boarding. After we have this we need an sample to get our review .. and then delivery.
