dear employer, I have extensive after effects experience and could complete this in as few as 3 days and as long as 10 dependent on amount of animation need for this project. I will require a few days time for the design of the character face so that you have what you like. Then I can start on the animation, I watched the video and there are twelve shots in which the emperor is present and the time it will take for those shots will be dependent on feedback from you.
