Create an Animation for food promo

I would like to do creative animation for a food promotion, I have an image on which I would like some text animation and also some smooth movement in the image. Attached is my Photoshop file with layers
[url removed, login to view] Image will always be displayed, a rectangle box can appear with the name of the "food item" text layer
[url removed, login to view] Hide that text and display the "Deals Text" layer
The dimensions of the animations are exactly same as the psd file canvas attached
Will require source file as well at the end of the project.
