Animation of Caterpillar Dozer

I need an animation that we would like to use in Power Point Presentations. If possible, we would also like the animation to work on our website, but the power point version has priority.
We are trying to show the productivity gains of our Caterpillar GPS system for construction bull dozers.
The GPS system increases the productivity of a dozer by almost 50% over a dozer without a system.
1st Sequence:
I would like the animation to show a Caterpillar Dozer pushing some dirt on the screen starting from the far left side of the screen.
The dozer should slowly move across the screen (to the right), slowing down as it reaches the middle of the screen, then stop, then fade out a bit (opacity reduced to 50%)
This is the first sequence. It represents the productivity of a normal dozer.
2nd Sequence:
A second identical Caterpillar dozer with GPS antennas (see picture) starts pushing dirt from left to right.
When it reaches the middle of the screen it will leave behind a shadow of itself (without GPS antennas), again representing a dozer without a GPS system.
The full color dozer with GPS antennas will keep moving, all the way to the right side of the screen, where it will slow down a bit, then come to a complete stop.
End.
Notes:
The dozer does not need to look "real" a side profile / silhouette is fine. It is very important that is resembles a Caterpillar brand dozer. It would be nice to include the Caterpillar logo, but not a necessity.
I have included some images, including the GPS antennas and masts.
After reviewing several portfolios, I realize that I am more interested in a 2D animation, not 3D. I would expect the project budget to be reduced to $500 max
