We are looking for a friendly outbound caller - new or experienced. You are welcome to work as much or as little as you wish. Bilingual encouraged to apply! Starting at $12/hr plus bonus potential! Our available hours are 11am - 9pm ET Mon-Thurs, 11am-5pm Fri-Sat. You just need a good headset at your computer (laptop or desktop) and a quiet room. You'll be speaking with homeowners in friendly, gentle conversation about potentially selling their home without using a Realtor. The calls are on behalf of a real estate investor who can quickly buy a house and pay closing costs. You'll be helping the homeowner get the $ they need. When you have a warm lead, you'll just make notes on the call and advise the caller that a manager will contact them the next day. Easy! :) No selling or hard push required. We want you to exude your friendly personality. You don't necessarily need outbound calling experience. We can train you on the software and script -- and we encourage improvisation!
