Skills available to provide support for the Nokia, formerly Alcatel-Lucent 5620 NM network management

This is a request to see if there are applicable people with the right skills available to advise our client that such support can be possible. Provide Customer access via phone or, if available, via web on-line customer support in order to open an Assistance Request (“AR”). Each AR should be assigned a unique traceable number in order to facilitate communication and enable rapid assistance. In order to classify a request, vendor technical support personnel will confirm with Customer the impact of the reported problem to determine an appropriate classification (aka “Severity Level”).  Provide technical advice and guidance via telephone or email from technical product specialist(s) who will: o Troubleshoot network problems, via phone, virtual private network, or modem connection, down to Maintained Product Component level, or sufficiently to exclude Maintained Products as the root cause. o For ARs of Severity Level 1 (Critical) and Severity Level 2 (Major), use commercially reasonable efforts to Restore Maintained Products to operational status by identifying defective hardware Components or providing procedural workarounds, technical advice or configuration changes, where feasible. o Use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a solution to the reported issue (also known as Resolve). See attached for the devices that this Network manager supports. The network manager is at R9.2 and resides on Solaris 10. Note No upgrades, patching or enhancements are expected as this equipment is end of life and will be phased out over several years.
