Create custom Tinder like swipe animation Swift 3

I need a custom implementation for cards. ONLY BID IF YOU HABE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AND CAN DELIVER WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Requirements:
- 3 swipe directions required - Up, Left, Right
- Drag should be implemented with overlay opacity (similar to Tinder). However, the drag should be in x-direction ONLY for Left/Right swipes and y-direction only for Up swipes.
- The data should be linked to 2 arrays. Up swipe shows images from a different array and the Left/Right swipe should show images from a different array. That means that when the user is swiping Right or Left, they see Image 1 behind the swiped card. However, if they are swiping Up, they should see Image 2.
- Need proper delegate methods which will be called once the swipe is completed.
- Should be able to call the animation for swipe Left/Right/Up programatically as well.
Images for design understanding can be provided to suitable candidates in chat.
