- Exit-intent.

- Appears after a customize amount of time.

- Appears after a customize % of page read.

- Be able to plug in to Google Analytic to follow views, clicks, source, etc..

It is not easy but I think mailchimp email subscription box may work, squarespace has support for it, others may not work. Squrespace uses mailchimp as subcription
