Zapier to XML and JSON update of SQL based CRM via API

Details We run a business which manages its documents and ongoing files via an SQL based document management system. We also run a web-based CRM. We seek a trustworthy freelance developer to assist us with integrating our CRM with our document management system so that, for example, on converting a lead in the CRM, the information in fields can be automatically ported into the other system. We have chosen to use Zapier to assist in this task. We would also like to use Zapier and Gravity Forms to update the same document management system so that customers could fill in forms online and update our system that way. The document management system has an API service which operates via XML. Ideally once set up it should be possible for us to set up further integrations with other services using Zapier. At this stage we are only seeking Action hooks rather than triggers, in that it is only necessary to create new records and to update existing records, rather than to interact in the other direction. Requires knowledge of the Zapier app development cycle, the Zoho API, and an ability to create XML API calls to integrate with both.
