SQL to PDF dynamic documents generation using PDFsharp on .net

We need to dynamically generate a range of documents using the open source PDFsharp and Migradoc .net libraries.
Environment
- Microsoft SQL 2008
- Windows 2008 running IIS and .net 3.5- 4.5
- Clients are running IE only
- Environment is Intranet only
Documents required:
1) Order confirmation
2) Purchase order
What i will provide:
-Templates/design of invoice and PO
- Artwork (logos, colours and fonts)
- sql tables with test data
- SQL queries to generate the data
I WILL UPLOAD THE DOCUMENT TEMPLATES LATER TODAY/TOMORROW
Solution should:
- Generate a PDF based on parameters passed over in the URL querystring
- have an option in the webform to attach the PDF to an SMTP mail and send automatically to recipients
- Code should pref. be in VB though C# is also acceptable
Deliverables:
visual studio .sln files
Compiled aspx pages and code (VB)
