Fix Error VCRuntime140.dll

I have a server running Windows Server 2019. I'm trying to install the program Jyotish Studio [login to view URL], downloadable from here: [login to view URL] The program seems to install OK, but when I try to open it, the following error message appears: The program can't start because [login to view URL] is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Re-installing the program does NOT fix the problem, nor does copying and pasting a file named [login to view URL] from my Windows 10 laptop. Jyotish Studio is designed for Windows 10. The author of the software does not know if the program is compatible with Windows Server 2019, but he believes it should be. Your job is to access my server and try to fix the installation and function, if possible. I need to know one way or the other whether Jyotish Tools will ever work with Windows Server 2019.
