I am a Fundraising Auctioneer. We raise money for nonprofits, charities and schools through Benefit Auction Events. Typically, we conduct 200-600 person events to raise money for our clients through live auctions, silent auctions, raffles, games, and special appeals in the event room. Coronavirus has shut these events down and we are looking to shift online. There are lots of software programs for conducting silent auctions but none for live auctions. I am interested in quotes to create a platform that could do the following:
Register bidders (including emails, addresses, phone, and credit cards) and give them a bid number. This should be importable and exportable.
Input sale items and packages and track the packages, the bidders and the selling prices.
Live stream an auctioneer selling the item on video.
Display the item on screen with photos, written descriptions, and video, while the auctioneer is selling it. (other programs can't do this)
Display the current bid amount.
A button for the donor to increase the bid
Have an open text box where a bidder can input a dollar bid amount in excess of the amount shown as the next bid (Other programs can't do this)
Have a screen available to the auctioneer or an assistant (like a chat screen) that displays the current high bid and allows bidders to ask questions.
We also need to be able to conduct a special appeal online by using photos, speakers, video and a impact story to get donors to donate for a specific need for the client. We need to be able to set donation levels (like 10 levels, e.g. $10,000, $5,000, $2,500, $1,000, $500, $250, $100 and $50) and accept custom donations
This system should be able to record the sale price, the bidder and the item price. Email invoices and collect payments by credit card.
