Developer for search and Index engine implementation (Lucene?)

Looking for a developer experienced with implementation of search and index engines. Specifically looking at Lucene technology but open to others too. At the moment i have an idea for a website that presents a fixed set of information in the form of html pages with a MySQL background. The data is highly categorised and timestamped making it ideal for an implementation of a search and index engine using a faceted search. The data can be reviewed here: [login to view URL] ( language of the data is Dutch, French or German only ) I have had a look around the internet and it would appear Java Lucene is appropriate for my purposes. But I do not know enough about its possibilities to be able to create specific requirements for a project at the moment. I need someone (or more) to make me a suggestion on what search engine to use, if not Lucene. Go over some of the aspects of the data structure and possibly create an initial list of possible/potential search functionality. Example websites would be usefull too. Then i can proceed to the next step which will be specific requirements for a project building the website. I am a developer myself and familiar with both Java and PHP technologies and obviously MySQL so we can communicate on a technical level. Current budget is only for consulting, in case i want you to do some research beyond an initial conversation. Make your reaction specific to my project, generic bids will be ignored completely.
