Create a software that that can display data based on information retrieved from QuickBooks

Create a program that can display real time data from QuickBooks in product by customer format. Software to allow independent operator to color code products indicating status of completion. System must recognize data from QuickBooks. The display must update the information from QuickBooks at a predetermined pace. The software must be able to let certain users to color code products base on status of completion. If no changes have been made to the data that is being retrieved from QuickBooks, then the color of the names of the customers and products won't change. Example: If an order for Customer 1 gets entered into the QuickBooks system, then the software would recognize that at the next update cycle and would list the customer name and underneath it, list each individual product that they ordered and turn all of the cells red including the customer name. At anytime after that, other operators of this software with limited access can change any of the product cells to either yellow, green, or red so that they are color coded for various stages of completion. At each predetermined update rate, the system needs to check for additions, deletions or changes to the previous customer's product set. If an item has been added, then it should display that item at the bottom of the customer's product list in red. If an item has been deleted from the customer's order on QuickBooks, then the item in the customer's product list should have t he item remain the same color it was before but put a strike-through through the item name. If the item quantity has changed, then the item in the customer's product list should have a strike-through put through it and a new item should be added right underneath it with the new item amount. All of the products will start at red, then go to yellow when changed then to green when changed. Leave flexibility for operator to cycle back and forth through different colors. Make the ability to add/define or change possible colors. (desired but not required) Once all of the products within a customer group are at least at a given color level, the customer name will also take that color. For example, if all of the products are either yellow and green, but no red, the the customer name will also turn yellow. If all of the products under a customer are a mix of red yellow and green, then it will remain red. Ideal output is for 1 inch characters on a 42 inch or larger display. Designed for up to 15 customers per page and 100 item lines per page. If the display requires multiple pages, then software will cycle through the pages at a predetermined refresh rate.
