Automatic Text Insertion into Video Files

I would like to develop a Windows 10 software that will be run on a desktop computer. The software will get the following inputs:

1. a movie file

2. a text file with several text sentences (one sentence in each line)

3. T1(seconds)= time gap between sentences

4. T2(in milli-seconds - between 1-5000 or in number of frames)=time of appearance of the text sentences.

5. Text field - the name of newly generated movie file

The software will generate a new movie file in which the sentences were inserted automatically, one sentence every T1 seconds. Each sentence will appear T2 seconds in the output movie file.

Opening screen will contain the following elements:

1. A button to choose and upload a video file (from the computer)

2. A button to choose and upload a text file with the sentences (each sentence is up to 50 characters)

3. Text field to input T1 (in seconds)

4. Text field to input T2 (in milliseconds)

5. Text field - the name of newly generated movie file

6. Submit button - when pressed the software will start putting the sentences into the movie

file.

When the new output file is ready (text sentences were inserted int the movie file), the new movie file will be save on the computer desktop with the name that was entered in the above text field.
