I need a software/tool which can satisfy below requirements

- Scan stocks whose volume of first 5 minutes candle > (volume of last 20 last 5 minutes candle) * 5

- Place 2 orders for each of above stocks

1. Buy order above high of first 15 minutes candle (9:15 to 9:30) for above stocks

2. Sell order below low of first 15 minutes candle (9:15 to 9:30) for above stocks

- Order should be ready in Zerodha between 9:30:10 to 9:30:59
