We have an OpenVPN Tap driver / WinPcap based application, this application is used to perform IPIP protocol encapsulation between a windows and a linux computer, the linux side is natively supported by linux and works fine. Although, the application we are speaking about is written for windows in VS2010 / C++, it currently has problems regarding the TunTap driver implementation or maybe Winpcap implementation, causing it to behave slow and lagged. We need you to fix this application and get it into good working state. We will pay only via Freelancer system, we will not release the payment until the job is 100% complete and we tested it. You must be able to use our environment, to make your tests, so you are sure to reproduce the same issue/problem and find a fix for it.
