Use python to update google sheets with APIv4 -- 4

Hi I have my code here which can read data off my google sheets. I want it to be able to perform the following tasks 1) Use for loop to store values into 1D array 2) Update and write on the column H2:H 3) The reading and writing must be done in tandem row by row The URL: [login to view URL] Existing code is attached
