Seeking Full Stack Developer & DevOps Expert for architectural and system review of IT system

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with DevOps expertise for a single project. If completed successfully, we may then offer a position of on-going contract work.
We will also consider small/independent software development companies for this project.
The project is to conduct an architectural review, including systematic code review, of our IT system, which includes a groundbreaking e-commerce site powered by a multi-environment secure IT system including bare metal servers, Azure cloud infrastructure and SQL Server, MySQL and Cassandra databases.
REQUIREMENTS
Expertise with all of the following are required:
* DevOps
* Full Stack Developer including expertise in .NET and Java
* Azure
* APIs (both custom and open-source)
* Experience evaluating IT systems such as regarding quality, scalability and security.
* Experience conducting code reviews and identifying whether standardized code practices have been adhered to.
* Investigating and fixing issues with complex server and site configurations

* Hybrid of Azure and bare metal servers running VMWare ESXI 6.x with Linux and Windows Sever VMs

FRONTEND

* Drupal 7 e-commerce site with cloud-based horizontal scaling
** multiple nodes for frontend
** multiple nodes for MariaDB
* memcached service
* php library (PECL) for memcached
* memcache module by drupal
* nginx (no apache and no apache server libs)
* Cloudflare
* New Relic

Freelancer will report to the company's technical advisor. Please be willing to provide daily progress updates via HipChat and Skype.
