Reverse Image Search and Replacement Tool

I have a 12GB folder of images within hundreds of sub folders. Within these folders, there is a single repeating image occurring frequently and I want to replace with a new image.
I need a windows based tool that will allow me to input this repeating image source , search through these sub folders, find that specific image and replace it with my new image in a search and replace method.
When process is completed, it should generate report with how many images were successfully replaced. Application should be fast, multi threaded and able to process a very large folder with hundreds of sub folders without crashing.
