I have used Google Vision API to get text from the image for one of the mobile app development. But it's developed using Ruby but I can also develop through Python. Because I know how to process and use Vision API.

Hi, I already have fully functional python code using Google cloud Vision API which I can show you demo in couple of hours when I am back home. I can help you with your GCP account and vision API credentials. I had a slightly tough time when I did it for the first time, but now you can benefit from my experience.
