Mini AWS scheduling project

The mini project is OVER SIMPLE: - GENERAL GOAL: make delayed communication between two systems - DESCRIPTION: schedule a POST request through an API. Think of it like a Javascript callback but delayed at given point in time. Like "on July 1st 2018, at 12:00 GMT+2, please make a POST request to https://domain.com/receive_notification&var=hello". - EXAMPLE: SystemA sends a POST request to SystemB with both: 1. TIMESTAMP = 2018-07-01T12:00:00Z+02:00 2. and POST_URL = https://domain.com/receive_notification&var=hello SystemB immediately replies "success" (or "failure") and returns. Then, at the date given by TIMESTAMP, systemB will eventually send the POST request to supplied url in POST_URL. - REQUIREMENTS: at the end of the project, we should have a working URL accepting POST requests and both TIMESTAMP and POST_URL parameters (using payload or url params or both: it doesn't matter). Reject/failure should happen if one of these parameters is not supplied. Reject/failure happen if Timestamp is not a valid ISO format (yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ssZgmt) or if POST_URL is invalid (not a URL). When both are valid, "success" message should be returned as a response, then schedule should be placed. At given date/time, POST request should happen. - DELIVERABLES: anything to reach the goal/requirements using AWS services ONLY. We would like to use as few AWS services as possible (the less AWS services involved, the better) and we pay extra attention to code readability itself (use comments !!!!). That's all.
